Your clock may come with a tiny plastic fork that acts as a spacer to keep the time setting crown at a pushed-out position. This keeps the clock from running and conserves battery power during shipping. This tiny plastic fork is located between the time-setting crown screw and the side of the clock. Please remove the plastic fork with tweezers or a small tool before starting your clock. The time-setting crown is located behind the rubber washer at the position of 3 o’clock. Remove the rubber washer to expose the crown.
To set the time, pull out the crown and turn it until the hands show the current time. Push the crown back in the normal position to start the clock. Replace the rubber washer, making sure that the notch aligns with the time-setting crown.
The battery is accessible from the back side of the clock. To replace the battery, we recommend using a small fl at jeweler’s screwdriver to carefully lift up and remove the clock backing or visit your local jeweler. Insert the screwdriver into the case notch at the side of the back cover (see fi gure 2) and pry open the back cover. The battery is held in position by a tiny metal plate. Move the plate sideways to remove the battery (see fi gure 3). Replace with SR626SW or equivalent battery with positive (+) facing outwards, making sure it is retained securely in position by the metal plate. Replace back cover.

To allow our store to offer the most options as possible we partner with some of our key vendors to allow for Special Orders. Special Orders consist of merchandise that we do not stock or is currently back ordered with the vendor and Special Orders either ship directly from the vendor or they're shipped to us upon purchase and we ship directly to the customer.
Any items purchased from specific brands (listed below) OR have a special order variant are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be cancelled or exchanged for any reason per vendor policies.
Because of this process, ALL special orders take additional time to ship. If your order contains BOTH in-stock and special order variants your order will ship complete unless additional shipping is paid to split the order and ship separately.

How do I tell if it's a special order?
Most of the brands above will have 2-3 variant options. Single means IN-STOCK at our store and ready to ship. Anything sold in sets or via Special Order variant means it will need to be ordered from the vendor.
Shipping & Exchanges
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, Tuesday-Friday. Please note during our busy season, October-December and during any special sale events orders will take additional time to process. Processing means prepare for shipment & does NOT include the actual time of shipping transit.
Once items are prepared/processed for shipment, standard shipping in the continental US takes 2-7 business days in transit. Most items are shipped from Atlanta, Georgia.
In-store pick up is also available. Choose in-store pick up option at checkout and you'll receive an email once your oder is ready for pick up.
We do thoroughly inspect all shipments before sending them off, but damages can sometimes occur. We ask that you inspect your pieces immediately upon receipt and notify us of any damage asap so we can take the appropriate measure to rectify the situation. Please also take pictures of the box and any damages that may have occurred. Damages must be reported within 10 days of receipt be eligible for refund or replacement.
